Crunch Time Pork Skins began in 2019 by Chef Caitlyn Lewis. Crunch Time Pork Skins was formed with the inspiration to carry on her family’s culinary legacy in her own way. Chef Caitlyn chose to work with pork skins because they are a traditional snack that can be uniquely seasoned and enjoyed in multiple ways.
Our pork skins are not only the perfect snack; but they can add a flavorful crunch to salads, soups, and even be crumbled to create a keto-friendly breading. Each seasoning is handcrafted and produced in small batches to ensure quality and consistency. You can find Crunch Time Pork Skins at festivals, farmer’s markets and will soon be in breweries and grocery stores.
